“Saved Me A Fortune!”

From the moment I was transferred across to FJ1 she was amazingly helpful and clear about how to complete the process. She guided me through it and remained human (rather then the robotic standard points that have to be delivered!)She made a stressful process really easy and encouraged me to review other products!! I am expecting another phone call tomorrow from her colleagues who will hopefully save me even more money for even better cover! At no point did i feel pressurised into making decisions -I was talked through it by a real expert - well done!
