“Great car hire!!! ”

I have hired with Drivalia twice in Alicante Airport, both times I have found that the staff are very friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus that is provided from the bus terminal to the rental desks are on a frequent 5 minute basis. When the bus arrives the driver helps with bags and points out the direction I should take when returning the car. I have asked questions on there facebook page in regards to arrival such as "the acceptance of debit cards" ( once you take out the full insurance they will except debit cards as payment). There are no big queues in the office when you get there, both times the car I have requested have been the exact one I booked. I would have no hesitation in booking with Drivalia again or in recommending them to anyone. Great company, great staff.
