One year ago bought a very expensive leather reclining suite from dfs, payed up front didn't use credit offered. Well what can I say nothing but trouble with it. The leather seems too be peeling, service manager been out and repaired it but saying it was my fault cos something had been spilt on it breaking the seal. Well I can honestly say there wasn't any thing spilt on it, now another chair is doing exactly the same. The mechanism on the settee recliner was broken which must have happened in transit. All we get from dfs is excuses. Please don't buy furniture from there.
