“SHOCKING ”

Paid for holiday and was contacted by OTB 7 days later to say the price that I paid was incorrect and that if I wanted the holiday I would have to pay the difference (more than £1000) or I can have a refund.i expressed to them that I paid for what they had advertised and they have said they are not responsible. Being a single parent I can not pull £1000 from my armpit and now I have to explain to my 6 year old daughter she is not going on holiday. I will never use OTB again and I will be telling all I know to avoid OTB!!!!
