“Still waiting for canvas to show after over a month! ”

Ordered canvas print well over a month ago. Was told it would arrive in 10-14 days. Still hasn't shown up. Have contacted company at least 3 times to question where canvas is. They keep telling me it will arrive, and it never shows up. They make no apologies or any attempt to get canvas out to me. Still waiting on its arrival. Ordered as a gift for Dad who now thinks I've forgotten about his birthday. What a let down. First time I've used this company and will definitely be the last. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They seem very happy to take the money but not so keen to come up with the goods. Avoid at all costs and don't be tempted by their bargain deals.
