“Ridiculous website and delivery times”

Placing an order and paying is no guarantee that you will get the items you have paid for - their logistics and website stock intel is abysmal, you will place an order, pay, then receive an email saying one or more items are out of stock, delivery times fluctuate on the website daily i.e. 'in stock' will then change to 'available on ...... date' (often 2-3 weeks in the future) so you will be left waiting weeks for your order. They also normally take between 4-7 days to actually PROCESS your order after you have paid, which is why in the meantime items frequently 'sell out'. In all honesty, don't bother, visit a few different h&m stores to find your items or wait until they become available in-store. Not worth the hassle, this is a regular occurrence, not a one off bout of bad service - this IS their terrible level of service consistently -other high street stores (incl. River Island, Zara, Next, and even New Look) put them to SHAME!! BEWARE!!
