I have used Fast Car for a number of years and up to this last time, no issues at all. This time was diffent. The booking went bad when my Fast Car booking got mixed up with Holiday Autos, as they are clearly the same company. They screwed up a change in the booking and it took a lot of effort and calls to get it sorted. However, it did get sorted in the end and I would use Fast car again in the future, becuse I do still trust thew, to genereally get me a good deal. I have stared this accordingly to my overall exweprince ovber that numbner of years, rather than on my last booking, which was not good. On that last booking, which ended up with Europe Car, the car was dirty when I picked it up, it was a horrid little car, despire not being class A and it was expensive and clearly not the best availabe deal locally; however, that is a Europe car issue not Fast Car, so I don't blame them.
