“Excellent Service from start to the end”

I have used many car hire companies at the Alicante Airport but none compare to the professional, efficient and friendly service I receive at Drivalia. I have now used them for 3 consecutive years and I won't change now as its hassle free from landing to taking off.

Other companies treat you like you are doing them a favour and have you queuing for hours and when you do get o the desk it's not a great experience. Drivalia,in my opinion ask you walk down to the bottom level of the airport after you have collected your bags to be greeted by a friendly shuttle bus driver who explains the route you take to drop the car off very clearly. Upon arrival at the offices it's not a mad dash to stand in the queue as there are more than adequate staff available to attend to you.

The process of getting your car and taking payment is straight forward and simple, and most importantly the prices are very comparable to the bigger companies.

The cars are always clean and in good condition.

The return process is even simpler, just drive it back, park up, give the keys to an attendant who is right there, they will check it and you just simply need to wait fir the shuttle bus to take you back which is never more than 5 mins away.

Well done to the Drivalia team for offering such a comprehensive and well thought out service fir a truly stress free experience.
