I bought new glasses from Spex4less about 6 months ago. On Tuesday morning, one of the arms broke. I phoned Spex4less, and got through to their helpline promptly. They asked me to send them in, and said they would swap the frames out. On Wednesday they called to confirm receipt, and by noon on Thursday they had been returned to me.
I was originally skeptical about using an online optician, but Spex4less have surpassed all my expectations, and I recommend them to my friends.
