Booked a deep clean prior to putting our house on the market. Due at 9 am, phone call at 9.30 stuck in traffic five minutes away. 10 am delayed at another house with you by 1030. 10.30 cancelled clean as they were still at other house. The franchiser was more concerned about the disruption to her plans for the day and the refusal of her maids to leave the previous house than she was about letting me down. What a letdown.
