“Orange made a mistake and gave me a bad credit rating???”

I have been in contact with several people with Orange since 2008???can you believe it? Orange put a mark on my credit record for not paying a bill which i did not owe. From this i have been in contact over this issue as i took a loan out and have had to pay an outrageous amount of money back because of my credit rating. When every i try and speak to someone i just get passed along. Orange left this mark on my record until only recently where they realized i was correct. however i have had 6 years of bad credit rating and i have had to pay back silly amounts on a load because of a mistake by Orange.

I believe i am entitled to a phone call from a person with authority from Orange and who will understand my position and be able to pay compensation for the trouble caused over the past 6 years.

I look forward to your response and how to solve this.
