I received tracking advice from Hermes to say they had delivered my parcel. I was in and no delivery was received. As others have commented they will not talk to customers who bought through a retailer. This is ridiculous considering it is there system that is at fault. Unfortunately the retailer Ligo is just as useless and I haven't been able to contact them by phone or email in 2 days. I would not order if I thought Hermes were the courier as I had similar issues before with the parcel being delivered to a wrong address and a very rude driver when it did arrive.
