This is my first dealing with Worldwide Flights call centre.
The member of staff I dealt with was patient and trying to give me the best flights options for the route I needed.
The following up emails were sent promptly.
Each time I called, this person was available and ready to help. The person was friendly. However, at the time of paying, all went wrong. The link I was sent to make payment online did not accept my card. After 2 hours of phone calls with my bank and worldwide centre, it still did not work. I was then asked if I could go to a Barclay’s branch and make the payment by cash!!! We are talking of a payment of £1350!!!
This is not a way to do business!!!
I, off course, declined this option.
Finally it turned out that they sent me a link for payment by credit cards when I specifically stated that I was using a Debit Card.
The listening skills were therefore poor.
However, I finally received the correct link and made payment.
