Excellent product small neat clear simple instructions included, order received next morning as promised, 3 E mails in conformation of progress.This is the second heater the I have purchased,one for under the kitchen sink last year ,this one for the wash hand basin in our new bath room .I am completely satisfied with both the product and the service your staff have given me. Instant hot water at the turn of the tap. The immersion tanks have gone a walk in shower now sits there. No more runs of hot water pipes and waiting for it to arrive! Thank you all once again. Highly recommended.
