Found new home was looking for mortgage LTV 30% declined by Coventry BS but no idea why had credit cards thought that might be reason so called Aldermore and they do what they say look at each individual case. I apparently had a unpaid gas bill due to error on British Gas account showing on Experian as default. Aldermore saw this but took into account this was out of the norm and asked me to explain. I had this removed from credit file and sent confirmation to them. I am now living in my dream home thanks to Aldermore and their brilliant broker , she knows who see is thank you very much Aldermore.
