I have had a poor experience. My payment was to have cleared on 3/7/14,its now 12/8/14and i still havent received payment for my phone. I contacted customer services and checked my bank details which they informed me were not correct. I dont understand this as i know my account no off by heart and think it would be very unlikely that i would give the wrong details abeit its possible.
