“St. Lawrence Suites and Residences steals your money!”

I used a debit card to make a payment and he also took a $200 deposit and promised me if there was no damage he would give it back.
I stayed on Saturday and he doesnt work on sunday but he said the money will be returned monday morning.
and on monday night I was already gone and in another city so i called him because i didnt receive the money and he said since i stayed for an extra 3 hours that he was going to charge me for a WHOLE EXTRA night! he didnt give me my $200 deposit back and im still arguing to this day and its been over a week. HE DOES NOT PICK UP MY CALLS ANYMORE!!
He basically took $200 for staying for an extra 3 hours.
He didnt even tell us the check out time or anything and he knew we were new people and didnt know much about booking because we didnt even have credit cards yet.
