I've been looking at getting a new machine for a while and looked at a few different sites and eventually decided it was going to be between UKGC or the place I bought my previous PC from.
I initially bombarded UKGC with questions - questions that were answered courteously and in great detail, usually within the hour.

I wanted my new machine to have Intels new Devils Canyon chip so I asked about the availability of those and got a surprisingly honest answer. Rather than trying to sell me one then saying they were out of stock they said had one or two but were trying to get more as availability was extremely scarce and if I wanted a DC chip I would be better off waiting a while as the availability of the processors were pushing the prices up.

They sent me an email when they had DC stock arrive telling me the machine I was interested in now came with a DC processor (and an extended array of water cooling options).

I placed an order which was heavily modified from their base spec and had an estimated 5-10 working days build time. It took the full 10 days to build but they kept me updated on every single step of the build process. The last step was an email asking me what date I would like it delivered on.

When it was delivered it was extremely well packed, having packing both outside and *inside* the machine to keep it safe.

Very, very happy with the entire process and would definitely buy from them again. Also a special mention must go to their staff who were extremely helpful every step of the way.
