Dropped my Samsung galaxy s4, accepted my claim and I returned to them a week later received my phone back with different imei number and it was also locked, even though I had sent letter with claim advising them that I had paid orange to unlock my phone, now they will not unlock it until I send them proof of unlocking, I have now been without phone for 8 days, it will take 7/10 days to receive proof via orange, then I need to send proof to lloyds which will also take time and apparently takes 10 days to unlock a Samsung, orange won't unlock because phone has different imei number and they need it registered for at least 6 months, what a joke wish I had never sent to lloyds . Their customer service is awful they did not want to help resolve this at all I am stlll waiting to hear from their technical dept to try and sort this out. I would not recommend paying for mobile insurance through lloyds, better to take out insurance via mobile contract.
