“what a waste of time”

did not deliver to the funeral home even though I paid EXTRA to have it delivered early in the morning
Only found out about it because the widow called to find out if I knew her husband died since I was not able to go to the funeral. Which means I would NEVER had know the flowers were not delivered. They did not advise me, or call or let me know it was NOT delivered. Finally after a few calls they delivered to the persons house - THREE DAYS LATE.
I wish I had read the reviews before using this DISHONEST company.
