I ardently clicked on accepted my offer which I did not want I wrote an email explaning I clicked the wrong button and lost my phone for the cash which I didn't want the cash but they sent me an email back telling me that there was nothing that they could do about this as it has already been sent of for re use now. but other than that I've not had a problem with them just a shame I lost my Samsung galaxy s4 which im going to have to pay out for a new one now
