“No shopping slots, site shuts down ,”

I have been trying to get my asda grocery line sought end out for two months , first when trying to check out the site would crash , I seem to have another account ghosting in the background ,
Some times there is an old order on there that is difficult to get rid of before I can shop.
And the worst problem I only have three shopping slots on most days at the same time , even if I go forward a month .
Have rang the store that my groceries come from and asked if the only have a three slot delivery , no they deliver all day , but they don't show up on my site .
I have finely given up trying to resolve the whole thing , after constant phone calls , to which I only get foreign people that I cannot understand and to be honest they don't have a clue .
I have emailed many times ,
The complaint has been escalated three times , so after nearly three months I give up .
I don't advise anyone to shop on line until they get another web designer , I suggested that they should poach tescos web designer , as it is far superior than there site .
