As we were searching for accommodation in Spain we ran into Wimdu.
Easy to use website and making a reservation is a piece of cake.
Unfortunately, due to miscommunication between the Spanish owner and me, the first reservation was cancelled. As I wanted to make a new reservation, I noticed I had a Wimdu-voucher (30 euro!)to spend. So I did, but due to a websiteproblem with my bank, I couldn't complete the payment. I tried several times in different ways but I just couldn't pay. This was NOT Wimdu's fault but my bank's... All of a sudden the phone rang. It was a guy from Wimdu, asking me if I was aware of the fact that I was trying to book the accommodation for the fourth time!!! That's what I call service. And the best part is yet to come: as we were talking on the phone, I also explained to him that I couldn't use the vouchercode anymore because it was used as I was trying to pay my booking the first time. "No problem, I'll give you a new one", he said. It wasn't just words, he actually mailed me a new voucher (worth 35 euros)!
That's what I call an unbelievable service!!!
