Received Messi WC Jersey after a month of waiting. The badge across the top was crooked so I contacted customer service. I sent images, and asked to return the jersey. They told me that they did not think it was crooked, only 3 MM but on a small badge it is a lot. Then they said it was not their printing but came from their supplier so they did not make a mistake and the "manager" did not think it was enough for a return and told me they would not cover shipping. They offered a 10% discount but I declined as it is the principal of making sure your product is correct. I am in the US so cannot return using their UK shipping company so how do I end up? With a product that I paid $65 that has a clear flaw, and a very unhappy feeling with ever doing business with Kitbag. This was after several e-mails and phone calls. This is customer dis-service. If you live in the US think 10 times about buying a jersey from Kitbag.
