“Dreadful problems trying to get refund for cancelled...”

I've been waiting over 2 months now for a refund on a cancelled tickets and am sick of being fobbed off or ignored by this company. They were quick to take money off me but appallingly bad at refunding what is legally owed. Wouldn't recommend to anyone nor would Inuse them again.
