Happy overall but have ordered 2 separate items (a bike and shoes) and both times the automated email came up with sorry items not in warehouse, so it makes you wonder how much stuff they have in relation to what is shown on their website.

Bike arrived after 6 working days and packaged well but in good working order and no marks, shoes I've just ordered and not expecting them soon.
