“DO NOT BOOK WITH ON THE BEACH”

RECENTLY BOOKED AND PAID A DEPOSIT ON A HOLIDAY WHICH WAS A GOOD DEAL TO BE EMAILED AFTER 5 DAYS OF BOOKING IT TO BE TOLD THE HOLIDAY WAS TOO CHEAP AND CANNOT BE HONOURED .THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED !!!! IVE SENT EMAILS TO THEM AND HAD NO REPLY AND ALSO RANG THEM AT A COST OF 10P A MIN TO BE PUT ON HOLD . IT IS AS CHEAP TO BOOK WITH MORE REPUTABLE COMPANIES WHO AT LEAST CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS .STILL WAITING FOR A REPLY OFF ON THE BEACH AND MY MONEY BACK. WILL NEVER CONSIDER USING THEM AGAIN . TOTAL UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY .
