This isn't the first time I have had problems with marks and spencer online delivery. Nominated a day, waited for it to arrive and at 11.00am get an automated message saying it isn't, so. I couldn't even ask questions or query it further. So contacted them on twitter, but if you go through the twitter feed you will see that you just get the same responses to everyone reiterated over and over again. Any way told delivery today but online account still showing awaiting despatch and delivered yesterday all on the same page. Contacted through twitter who say should arrive today but not convinced nightmare!
