I sent a Package to Spain; and paid for the International Express Next Day Delivery. They collected the package on the 5th of August 14, and on the next day the receiver never received the package. I tracked the item and it was being held somewhere in France. Contacted TNT and they said that it was down as Economy Delivery and the expected date was now going to be the 11th. They apologised for the error. The 11th came an went and the package had still not been delivered. they said that is was because the address was wrong. it was NOT. They had the address written wrong on the system I'm still in the process of trying to get the package delivered. this Company is an absolute joke. I will never ever use them again or recommend to anyone
