Did not receive any email confirming Frontline was shipped. Called and received recording of woman with strong accent. As it was already 10 days since ordering, I asked to cancel order and also to call me back. Nothing. Finally received shipment and was shocked that it went through Customs in Great Britain. Frontline box shows South Africa as registration holder. Do not feel confident to use this product on my cats and especially after reading some of the reviews here. They say they will refund you if you ship it back but do not include return address on package or give one on invoice or website. Does not seem like a legitimate business to me and appears suspicious. Not worth my cat's health to take a chance.
