“Excellent service. Saved our holiday!!”

Nottingham Branch.

Our brand new Qashqai went into the Nottungham branch with significant front end damage. In our first conversation with them they advised us of the difficulty getting replacement parts for our new model. There was also the added complication of our impending holiday and the fact that the courtesy car was not suitable for a disabled person to travel long distances in.

We needed our car back!!!

Nottingham branch did everything they could to get the parts, get the repairs done to a perfect standard and get our car back to us on the Thursday before we left for our holiday Friday morning. They even managed to get it cleaned inside and out.

We couldn't have asked for anymore! Telephone calls kept us informed, the drivers collecting/returning the courtesy car and our car were courteous and helpful, an all round excellent job.

We've since driven 1000 miles since the repairs and have had no problems whatsoever.

Thank you so much, a job well done and much appreciated.
