BAD SERVICE FROM iGADGET. Misleading website, emails and texts. Offer was way under expected price and deviously reduced. So I ordered the package to send my phone off, and it came 7 days later. I sent it off my Samsung Note 2 the same day. A few days later, once it had been processed, I got an email saying my phone was not received with 10 days and therefore, according to their rules, the offer was reduced by 5.00 GBP. I contacted them to complain and was told to write a positive review to qualify for the 5.00 GBP despite me quoting the text I received from them:
"Send in your handset before the 15th of Aug and qualify for a further £5, if you require any further help please reply, thanks iGadgets."
