I used Dabs.com for years and they were really good. BUT, they got bought by BT and since then they are terrible.
I bought a Samsung Galaxy S5 mobile phone. The put the the phone in its original packaging in a plastic bag. Yes, you guessed it, the phone was smashed when I got it. After a couple of phone calls they said they would come and pick it up and said they could not pick it up until three days time. Then it sat in their warehouse until an engineer could have a look at it. Over four weeks of phone calls it still just sat in the warehouse until an engineer could look at it. I was in a lucky situation as I had paid with paypal and opened a dispute with them. Dabs did not answer any of the emails that were sent to them from paypal. So paypal paid me a full refund. Another two weeks later I received a phone call from Dabs.com saying they will be issuing a full refund as the phone was damaged, but this would take a further 7 days to process in the accounts department. I then told them that I had been refunded by paypal due them not answering any emails from them.
I now check all the websites I buy from and make sure they are not owned by BT, as their customer service at Dabs.com was very, very bad.
