“A good as the sales and site team”

We originally planned to buy a Redrow home but they sold that from under us and didn't tell us and when they did said it was our fault for not listening properly. Anyways, we needed a bigger house due to little one arriving so looked back into Bellway on their Lakeside development. Service from the sales team exceptional did all they could to help and still do as they are still on site. The site manager has been excellent helping to resolve issues and even on the home demo spotted a few snags that needed to be done. Yes when we moved in there were a few marks on the wall but it was either what we missed in the demo or what we did in the move. However we had two tins of paint to cover these marks but were even offered the decorator to come and do it for us. We had one problem as some lights wouldn't turn on unless other lights were on at the same time, reported it and within two days electrician was round and it was fixed.
People will always complain about the bad, if this was a car review I'd slate Renault and praise Seat but I know other people wouldn't. Be sure like with any build you are thorough and report things asap and chase it up if not done. I'd recommend Bellway to friends and in fact I've dome this and they move in the end of August. He's a builder and she's and estate agent so that must be something good!!!!
