“Great service”

I booked my flight and it sent a reservation number but said it would take 24 or up to 72 hrs for a confirmation and tickets. I had to travel in 72 hrs, so called them and asked if I can get a confirmed ticket and someone helped me find a flight with confirmed tickets on the same day I needed and the timings that worked for me. Thank you for your help.
