Windows were not ready when the salesperson told us they would be (as we needed them in time for our kitchen re-fit).
Then on the planned day of fitting (a letter had been sent to confirm the date/time) the appointment was cancelled as 'apparently' the fitter had called in sick.
Terrible service all round - I wish I could have cancelled earlier on in the process but unfortunately the contract small print means it's difficult to cancel without losing out financially. They on the other hand, can basically treat their customers how they like.
