“Worst customer service ever”

The agents were very unfriendly and unhelpful all they cared about was taking money off you. There was a one letter typing error(as everybody knows the auto correct that jumps out of nowhere)on the first name for both booking and payment details that they refused to correct and asked for £75 to amend which sounds ridiculous specially that we tried to correct the error as soon as we received the confirmation email where it says booking documents will be received after two days which means the amendment could be done before the tickets are typed to prevent any extra costs. We have booked with different companies before and had typing errors that needed changing before documents are issued but never came across a company that wants to catch you just to make you pay extra!
It would have been much better for them to ask in their confirmation email for the customer to confirm all details are correct before proceeding to decide to issue the documents.
