“Awful company do not order anything from them! ”

I ordered a dress last month from Queenie Australia and it is the worst dress I have ever seen or tried on!!
It was completely different from what I ordered and is made out of the cheapest material, I was really disappointed and upset.
The lace part of my dress had holes in, it was way too big and just looked cheap and tacky.
I requested a refund but they only gave me an $80 refund when it was over $200.
I definitely WOULD NEVER ever buy a dress online that is made in Asia, or through Queenie Australia it is such a waste of money and the outcome is awful.
It is really hard to reason with them and get a refund too.
Stay away from this company and buy from a trusted Australian retailer!
