The process was terrible from the start, initially was told a cheaper price then when eventually receiving the laptop it still wasn't repaired. I sent it back again and still had to pay for the pick up and after another two weeks it eventually came back and it's still not working.
The initial problem was the hard drive and they said it's been replaced and it's still displaying a problem.

Over £140 I have paid and the service has been shocking!
