My daughter had the most horrific experience with American Airlines, not once but twice in a week, she send an email complaining about it and they never responded. Cancel flights with out explanation, paying fees for services not used, rude customer service. I don't understand how they stay in business. They don't want to respond or reimburse the money they stole, because that is steeling charging for services not provided...My daughter goes to the desk checks in her bag, checks her self in goes thru security and immigration gets to the gate she was indicated to go and guess what? her flight was cancel...oops we forgot to tell you. then they send her to Canada Air, the agent there tells her "tell American Airlines to stop sending their customers here" they don't have flights until the next morning, she goes back to American Airlines desk, they doesn't even offer her a hotel room due to their screw up, and guess what? now she has to go on wild goose chance to retrieved her bag, but wait there is no reimbursement why would they return the money they charge for a bag that never left the airport. then the next flight "sorry you are late, you arrived 2 hours before your flight, the plane is close now" another overnight stay, this flight I had bought her extra leg room in both flights that she didn't used!! but did they reimburse...why would they. DO NOT use American Airlines because they suck!!!
