“Avoid at all costs”

Took over 2 hours to pick the car up and we're told that I had to inspect the car myself.
Drove the car to the villa and then drove back at the end of the week and know there was no damage incurred. The person then pointed out a slight scratch mark which I dismissed as nothing when I picked up the car, as it could be rubbed out with T cut. Then proceeded to charge me £300. Had a flight to catch and was told i could reclaim it off my insurance company.
Total rip off merchants. Insurance companies should refuse to insurance anyone who hire through OK, as this clearly a company performing insurance fraud on grand scale. Every single person who was returning a car at the same time all got charged for 'damage' .
