“Zero regard for customers”

My experience with Timberwise has been very disappointing. I bought a property that Timberwise had installed damp-proof coursing in previous to my purchase. Since my solicitor and previous owner did not ensure the guarantee was transferred into my name i was forced to pay £120 for the guarantee to be transferred. The cost does not appear to reflect the amount of work involved, which was to print off a single piece of paper with my name on it. I was then concerned damp remained and so i was made to feel under ransom from the company to obtain a copy of the report of the work that had been done, again £60 for the company to email me a pdf containing 5 pieces of paper does not appear to reflect any care for their customers. I then asked for a repeat survey to check that the previous damp-proofing had been successful and received a visual 15minute inspection for which i was charged £180.

This company has little regard for customer service and no goodwill, it takes you for every penny it can. I would not recommend dealing with this company.
