21st July went through making a claim for theft, told me to wait 14 days in case the police uncovered anything, fine.
I then had to chase up the claim to find out what had happened and turns out because I was commuting at half seven in the morning, that classed as commuting to work, not socially therefore my policy didnt cover this. Following on from this I was transferred to the theft claim manager as the call centre employee was too incompetant to inform me of the news for him to "press a complaint" button and have someone call me back then hung up on me!
awful experience considering this was my first scooter, would never ever recommend it to anyone!
