Good Points
I have a German shepherd and it picks up his hair without any problems. (other vacuum cleaners struggled).
A good all round vacuum and work well if stripped down and cleaned properly every so often. Customer service was great when i had a problem with it.

Bad Points
I cant think of any. the price is a a lot but the same as some inferior products out there (HOOVER).

General Comments
The Dyson DC07 picks up my dogs hair with ease.

Works like a dream if properly cleaned every so often.

Customer service was great with an engineer coming out and fixing it for free when my wife broke a piece.

Has a big dust collection area.
