“Great Customer Support”

After finding out my server had been hacked - I went on to the Web Hosting UK where there is always live chat available. I was speaking with Enrique B who gave me various ways of rectifying the situation.

Enrique B spent over 90 minutes on chat helping me go through all of the files on my server to identify which scripts had been edited and explained what I needed to do to resolve the issue.

He was very patient and also very knowledgeable - I really appreciate the time and dedication to fix my issues.
