“Very Disappointing”

This 4.5 tog "Hungarian Goose Down" duvet arrived and immediately felt disappointing. It didn't feel like down inside, and if it was, it was low grade and not fluffy or soft.

I compared to my John Lewis 4.5 tog, and this myduvetandpillow one was leaden and flat.

I asked for a better product, and if this was an anomaly, but was just sent a form letter to return. No staff member offered an explanation as to why this expensive duvet was not what it should have been.
