Had visited UK Package from 24th to 26th July and Scotland Package from 28th July to 1st August 2014.
Had the worst experience of my life at Star Tour office @ Wembley.... Most indecent person at senior position!
Tour Manager, for our Scotland was great ! Also the tour guide was great ! Great knowledge on Scotland history and places !
Had to call & wait for long time on the airport as no one was present at the airport to pick us up in-spite of sending them the flight itenary well in advance. No one from Star Tours bothered to get in touch with us for our dinner, inspite of them having our mobile number and left us starving.
Hotel accommodation provided by Star Tours for the London package was worst ! At Quality Hotel - air conditioning, telephone (inter hotel) and internet didn't work which Star Tours Manager is not worried about, even if they miss to pick up their passengers. Hotel mentions everywhere about offering free Wifi and unlimited download but doesn’t offer internet connectivity in rooms. We have to get to reception to access internet.
He also went ahead to cross verify our statement with the hotel guys and finally believed the hotel guys ! We understand hotel needs business and hence will speak for the tours ! Business Matters ! Am sure Star Tours are not interested in the passengers to come back to them for another tours.
On asking Star Tours contact centre to connect with the Director for raising our complaint, we were asked to visit their office in person @ Wembley and denied giving his contact number nor ready to put us through via the board line to avoid complaints !
Star Tour offices follows different cancellation policies, so one should read through their CANCELLATION policies to find out the best offered terms and book !
All the best to people who are planning tours through Star Tours !! Tour might be good,, but definitely should not expect good treatment from the people in office.
