“Fantastic customer service”

I bought my fuji finest from the Cheltenham branch back in April and had fantastic customer service, he was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy.I have been back for my free service, where again they were very helpful. I had to go back for a small problem with my bike today and the same person who sold me my bike was there, asked how it was going and sorted out the problem quickly. What I really liked is that I got spoken to without being patronised (as a woman as happened in other shops!) and everyone very friendly and helpful. Have recommended to friends and will always shop there if possible.
