“Not the best experience of phone recycling I've had.”

Well I have to say I was pretty disappointed with the general service received from this company, which is a shame really as I was offered more money for my old phone than anyone else, but it took almost 3 weeks from me sending in my phone to receiving my money.
They approved it on the 22nd of July but only received my money on the 8th August after chasing it up twice and sending a rather unhappy email.

I am doubtful I will use these again.
