“DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!”

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life!!! Reading all the other reviews it looks like I've been tricked of over 2 grand! Why didn't I check the reviews before buying as well!! I've ordered a couple of items since 7th of July for my work and it's now August with no sign of them!! I've been back and forth with emails and calls and I'm basically being told the same thing 'It's on priority dispatch'! It's like they've all been told to say that, meanwhile nothing has been received six weeks on! When I asked for my refund they seemed reluctant to let me have it saying your orders will be shipped soon, I waited but then nothing. Then I said no I want my money back, I'm still waiting for the refund! The money was quick to leave my account why is it not quick to return??? I have basically taken this up with the bank and will take it up legally and to any other consumer protection bodies who need to know about this if I don't get my money back by early next week. Just two words for anyone considering using this company - STAY AWAY!!!
